Day of Coordination
Day of Coordination Services Pricing varies due to a variety of factors including:
- Wedding Guest Count
- Wedding Venue - does the venue include standard needs or does everything need to be brought in
- Is NMG responsible for manual labor such as taking out, setting up, and cleaning up chairs/ tables
- Is NMG setting up and cleaning up the wedding
Keeping these factors in mind, our standard hourly pricing is reflected below:
Microwedding under 50 Wedding Guests - $50 / hour
50 - 75 Wedding Guests - $75/ hour
75 - 90 Wedding Guests - $90 / hour
90 - 100 Wedding Guests - $100 / hour
100 - 125 Wedding Guests - $125 / hour
125 - 150 Wedding Guests - $150 / hour
150 - 175 Wedding Guests - $175 / hour
175 - 200 Wedding Guests - $200 / hour
200 - 250 Wedding Guests - $250 / hour

As your Day of Coordinator, Nikki will ensure that you enjoy a seamless wedding day while everything else gets handled directly through NMG!
Day of Coordination with
NMG Marketing and Events includes:
- Assisting and staying connected to all vendors day of and throughout the day and also in the days/weeks before leading up to your wedding day
- Assisting and staying in touch with any wedding guests that may need additional assistance / any point people in your wedding party to help stay in touch throughout the day if necessary
- Ensuring that all wedding milestones are met and that we stay as close to the wedding timeline as possible throughout the day
- The go-to decision-maker of the day and handling anything and everything that may come up behind the scenes
- Your bridal / wedding bestie to help with anything that you may need last minute help with!
Water needed in the room? - we got it!
Breakfast needs to be picked up? - we’re on it!
- Nikki is also happy to help with Decorating for your wedding day as part of Day of Coordinating as well!
Wedding Content Creation
NMG Marketing and Events is ecstatic to now offer Wedding Content Creation Services!
With simply the use of an iPhone, Nikki has over six years of experience creating exciting content via photos and short reels with an eye for design and she is so excited to use her skillset to bring you some extra footage of your wedding day!
Nikki understands the importance of capturing all of the special moments of your wedding day from the posed portraits to the creative candid photos while also sharing the space with your other creative wedding vendors.
The total amount of images and reels that you will receive from NMG Marketing and Events completely depends on how many hours of Wedding Content Creation you need, but you will receive your full edited gallery in UNDER 7 days!!!
Wedding Content Creation Pricing is comprised of:
Wedding Content Creation - $100 / hour
Editing Rate - $200 Flat Rate
There is no minimum for number of hours that needs to be booked. From my experience, I have noticed that it seems to be most beneficial to have a Wedding Content Creator present beginning when the bridal party is almost finished with hair and makeup through 30-45 minutes into the reception!

Wedding Planning
NMG Marketing and Events offers Full Wedding Planning Services. This option is typically best for a couple that has recently gotten engaged and is not quite sure where to start! From researching and touring venues, researching and interviewing each vendor and everything in between, NMG is here to assist with all of your Full-Service Wedding Planning needs!
Nikki will be in constant contact with all vendors and ensure that all to- do’s off of the Wedding Planning Checklist are done in a timely fashion.
Nikki will play a significant role in the Wedding Planning Process from booking through the very end of your wedding day!
Full Wedding Planning Services Pricing begins at $3,000

NMG Marketing and Events offers Partial Wedding Planning Services. This option is typically best for a couple that has either booked their wedding venue but needs help with finding vendors and/or assistance with decoration design as well - or vice versa!
Nikki will be in constant contact with all vendors and ensure that all to- do’s off of the Wedding Planning Checklist are done in a timely fashion.
Nikki will play a significant role in the Wedding Planning Process from booking through the very end of your wedding day!

Wedding Decorating Services
NMG Marketing and Events provides a variety of Wedding Decorating Services to accommodate your Decorating needs!
If you have a specific theme or color combination in mind but are not quite sure how to incorporate this into your wedding theme- NMG is here to help! If you have a preference but are not sure how to decorate to bring your vision to life- leave it to NMG Marketing and Events!
I would suggest using out Contact Form to get in touch with Nikki directly to go over the ideas that you have and want Nikki to put together. From there, she will be able to provide you a quote.
Nikki will design a stunning reception for you and your guests to enjoy!
NMG Marketing and Events offers Decoration Design Services along with Event Setup and / or Event Setup and Breakdown Services.
OR if you have designed all of your Wedding Decor, but you are looking for someone to Set Up and / or Setup and Cleanup your own decorations- this is also a service that we offer as well!
Decoration Design Services begin at $150
Wedding Setup Services begin at $400
Wedding Setup and Cleanup Services begin at $500
