Event Decorating Services
NMG Marketing and Events provides a variety of Event Decorating Services to accommodate your Decorating needs!
If you have a specific theme or color scheme in mind but are not quite sure how to incorporate this into your event theme- NMG is here to help! If you have a preference but are not sure how to decorate to bring your vision to life- leave it to NMG Marketing and Events!

Pricing for Decorating truly comes down to following factors:
-Size of your event (number of guests in attendance)
-The variety of Decoration Setup- (Does this just include centerpieces? Are chair sashes needed, if so, how many? How many tables/rooms/areas need to be decorated?)
-Cost of Materials for Decorations
Nikki will design a stunning event for you and your guests to enjoy!
NMG Marketing and Events offers Decoration Design Services along with Event Setup and / or Event Setup and Breakdown Services.
OR if you have designed all of your Event Decor, but you are looking for someone to Set Up and / or Setup and Cleanup your own decorations- this is also a service that we offer as well!
Decoration Design Services begin at $150
Event Setup Services begin at $300
Event Setup and Cleanup Services begin at $400

Day of Coordination
Day of Coordination Services Pricing varies due to a variety of factors including:
- Event Guest Count
- Event Venue - does the venue include standard needs or does everything need to be brought in
- Is NMG responsible for manual labor such as taking out, setting up, and cleaning up chairs/ tables
- Is NMG responsible for the full set up and clean up the event
Keeping these factors in mind, our standard hourly pricing is reflected below:
Microwedding under 50 Event Guests - $50 / hour
50 - 75 Event Guests - $75/ hour
75 - 90 Event Guests - $90 / hour
90 - 100 Event Guests - $100 / hour
100 - 125 Event Guests - $125 / hour
125 - 150 Event Guests - $150 / hour
150 - 175 Event Guests - $175 / hour
175 - 200 Event Guests - $200 / hour
200 - 250 Event Guests - $250 / hour

NMG Marketing and Events offers Day of Coordination Services for your Event Day!
As your Day of Coordinator, Nikki will ensure that you enjoy a seamless event while everything else gets handled directly through NMG!
Day of Coordination with
NMG Marketing and Events includes:
- Assisting and staying connected to all vendors day of and throughout the day and also in the days/weeks before leading up to your wedding day
- Assisting and staying in touch with any guests that may need additional assistance / any family members or special guests that may need to be kept in touch throughout the day if necessary
- Ensuring that all event milestones are met and that we stay as close to the event timeline as possible throughout the day
- The go-to behind-the-scenes decision-maker of the day and handling anything and everything that may come up
- Your event bestie to help with anything that you may need last minute help with! Water needed? - got it!
Breakfast needs to be picked up? - We’re on it!
- Nikki is also happy to help with Decorating for your
event day as part of Day of Coordinating as well!
Event/ branding
Content Creation
NMG Marketing and Events is ecstatic to now offer Event and Branding Content Creation Services!
With simply the use of an iPhone, Nikki has over six years of experience creating exciting content via photos and short reels with an eye for design and she is so excited to use her skillset to bring you some extra footage on your event day or for your branding session!
Nikki understands the importance of capturing all of the special moments of your event day from the posed portraits to the creative candid photos while also sharing the space with other creative event vendors.
The total amount of images and reels that you will receive from NMG Marketing and Events completely depends on how many hours of Event Content Creation you need, but you will receive your full edited gallery in UNDER 7 days!!!
Event Content Creation Pricing is comprised of:
Wedding Content Creation - $75 / hour
Editing Rate - $100 Flat Rate
There is no minimum for number of hours that needs to be booked.

NMG Marketing and Events offers Full Wedding Planning Services. From researching and touring venues, researching and interviewing each vendor and everything in between, NMG is here to assist with all of your Full-Service Wedding Planning needs!
Nikki will be in constant contact with all vendors and ensure that all to- do’s off of the Event Planning Checklist are done in a timely fashion.
Nikki will play a significant role in the Event Planning Process from booking through the very end of your wedding day!
Full Event Planning Services Pricing begins at $2,000
Please note that Pricing does not include Travel
NMG Marketing and Events offers Partial Wedding Planning Services. This option is typically best for an individual that has either booked their event venue but needs help with finding vendors and/or assistance with decoration design as well - or vice versa!
Nikki will be in constant contact with all vendors and ensure that all to- do’s off of the Event Planning Checklist are done in a timely fashion.
Nikki will play a significant role in the Event Planning Process from booking through the very end of your event day!
